Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Please make an appointment in advance to ensure availability by calling us at: 518.458.7546 extension 1 for Dermatology and extension 2 for Medical Spa.

WE DO NOT TAKE WALK IN APPOINTMENTS.

Cancellations

We understand that life happens and things come up – should you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged a fee for your scheduled appointment. No shows will also result in a fee charge.

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

In order to receive the full spa experience, it is best that you arrive on time as we will be unable to extend your service time. We will hold your appointment for 15 minutes, after which, we may give it away. You are still obligated to pay a fee for the original service. First time clients should arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork.

This being with COVID being an exception, we ask you only arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment and call before entering the facility.
