Your spa appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Please make reservations in advance to ensure availability by calling us at: 518.458.7546 x2. A credit card is required to reserve an appointment, so please have your information ready when calling in order for us to help you more efficiently.
We understand that life happens and things come up – should you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged a fee for your scheduled treatment.
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
In order to receive the full spa experience, it is best that you arrive on time as we will be unable to extend your service time. We will hold your appointment for 15 minutes, after which, we may give it away. You are still obligated to pay for the original service and time scheduled.
First time clients should arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork.
